We have become a culture that loves to celebrate. Next week, once again, many will celebrate the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. They will sing songs, re-enact, hear the reading of the Bible, even shed tears. And when they die, they will wake up in a Christ-less eternity.
Because all they did is celebrate, not call upon.
The key verse of this message is:
Galatians 2:20: I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
